HJS Group believes in holding its infrastructure upto-date and equipped with modern technology.

HJS Group is also a pioneer in Quarrying over three decades and one of the leading exporters of blocks for over four decades, The Group owns upto 30 Quarries in South India which include Premium Black granite quarries, since 1975, in the Chamarajanagar, Yellandur & Kollegal taluks, Grey Granite in Chintamani & Sindoor and Multicolour granite in Ramanagaram & Kanakapura taluks of Karnataka.

Gangsaw Plant:

New Generation technology and state of the art machinery (Equipments and Gangsaws from Gaspari Menotti, Italy and Line polisher & Bridge cutting machines from Berton, Italy) have been acquired for processing, we have the below equipment in our Gangsaw Plant:

• Pelgerini Wiresaw Machine for Block Dressing
• 4 Gaspari Super Jumbomatic Gangsaws for Block cutting
• 1 Berton Polishing line of 20 Heads
• 1 Resin line (Epoxy Line)
• 1 Berton cutting machine
• Other requisite machinery
• The total installed capacity is 4,00,000 sq.mtrs. per annum in Gangsaw

Vertical Plant:

State-of-the-art facilities complemented with the latest technology have helped optimize HJS Group's product offering. The plant has a huge installed capacity and is equipped with a processing line from some of the world's largest manufacturers, we have the below equipment in our Vertical Plant:

• 5 Block Cutters for a production capacity of 10000sq.mtrs per month.
• 1 Berton Polishing machine of 12 heads
  
  

Monuments Plant:

We handcraft personal monuments in our modern processing plant.

Chosen from a wide variety of elegant and dignified styles, each monument reflects the timeless, classic quality of granite, we have the below equipment in our Monuments Plant:

• 5 Block Cutters with a dedicated team of 150 professionals for delivering high quality Monuments (200 containers per anum)
• 1 Berton Polishing line of 12 heads
• Other sophisticated Machinery
